Shipping
Most made-to-order pieces ship within 8 to 12 weeks. In-stock accessories leave the atelier in 3 to 5 business days. White glove delivery is available for larger furniture orders.
Returns
Accessories may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Made-to-order furniture is reviewed case by case, especially where custom finishes or COM textiles are involved.

Client information is used only to fulfill orders, coordinate consultations, and provide requested updates. We do not sell personal data, and we keep communications tailored to what you opt into.
